This month I am featuring the NEW Graphic 45 French Country paper collection.
Below is a picture of all the wonderful supplies I use to help create my double layout.

I created a double layout using both side of the sketch, called, “A Lil Bit Country!” Very fitting for the Graphic 45 paper collection line called, French Country.
I almost always use a sketch to start my layouts with and it was especially nice to have this sketch which allows you to place as many pictures as you would like. Plus I love working with double layouts.

I really enjoyed using Graphic 45, French Country this month and fell in love with all the sunflowers intermixed into the patterns. This paper line is very versatile with many patterns to choose from, that I had a hard time choosing one for a background. I decided to try something different with my layout and try out two patterns and paper piece them together onto black cardstock to create one large background.

The French country paper comes in a variety of colors and I printed all my photos in sepia to help blend and not distract from the colors and patterns in with the paper.

The shapes remind me of chicken wire and went well with the beautiful photos I picked out of my then 2 1/2 year old daughter, who was countrified in her overalls, cowgirl hat and had a blast playing on a horse swing made out of an old tire at The Tulip Fest last spring. My daughter is the light of my life and can brighten any day.

After reminiscing over photos from last spring, I am ready for some warmer weather.
Thank you for stopping by and checking out my project.
